Summary
This study looks at how the immune system responds in people with early-stage triple negative breast cancer who are receiving standard chemotherapy combined with immunotherapy (pembrolizumab). Researchers will measure certain immune markers in the blood and tumor tissue to see if they relate to how well the cancer responds. The goal is to better understand which patients benefit most from this treatment approach.
