Summary
This study tests if a non-invasive magnetic brain treatment (TMS) can improve symptoms like stomach pain in adults with Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS). Researchers will also use brain scans and stool samples to understand how the treatment works and who might benefit most. 160 adults aged 18-75 with IBS will receive 10 TMS sessions over two weeks.
