This study tests if a non-invasive magnetic brain treatment (TMS) can reduce IBS symptoms like stomach pain and bloating. About 160 adults with IBS will receive 10 TMS sessions over two weeks. Researchers will use brain scans and stool samples to understand how TMS affects the brain-gut connection and who might benefit most.
