Summary

This study is testing whether a noninvasive technique called transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) can improve symptoms in people with major depression. TMS uses magnetic fields to gently stimulate a part of the brain involved in mood and decision-making. The trial will enroll 80 adults with moderate to severe depression who are already in stable treatment.
