Summary
This study tests a new, intensive brain stimulation technique for people aged 65 and older who have depression that hasn't improved with medication and also have memory or thinking problems. The treatment uses personalized magnetic pulses to target a specific brain area. The goal is to see if this approach can reduce depression symptoms better than a fake treatment.
