This study tested three different injections for people with painful jaw arthritis: platelet-rich plasma (PRP), hyaluronic acid, and a steroid called triamcinolone acetonide. 64 adults received one of these or a placebo saline injection. Researchers measured pain and mouth opening after one week, one month, and three months to see which treatment worked best.
