Summary
This study is testing a new peer-led support group called the TLC Program, designed by and for transgender adults. It aims to help transgender women who use substances or are in recovery by teaching mindfulness skills to cope with stress and stigma, with the goal of reducing substance misuse and lowering HIV risk. The program is being compared to standard care to see if it's helpful and practical for the community.
