Summary
This study is testing a new peer-led support program called TLC, designed by and for transgender women, to help reduce substance use problems and lower HIV risk. The program uses mindfulness and acceptance techniques to help participants cope with stigma and stress. Researchers are comparing the TLC program to standard care to see if it is helpful and practical for the community.
