New drug duo aims to shrink rare urinary tract tumors before surgery

Summary

This study tests two drugs (tislelizumab and disitamab vedotin) given before surgery to people with a rare, high-risk cancer of the upper urinary tract. The goal is to see if the combination can shrink or eliminate tumors, making surgery more effective. About 21 adults with HER2-positive cancer will participate.
