NCT ID NCT07231575
First seen Nov 17, 2025 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 22 times
Summary
This study tests a new approach for people with operable non-small cell lung cancer that does not have certain gene changes. Instead of chemotherapy, participants will receive a short course of focused radiation (SBRT) plus two drugs: an immunotherapy (tislelizumab) and an antiangiogenic agent (anlotinib) before surgery. The goal is to see if this combination can eliminate or shrink the tumor enough to improve outcomes, while avoiding chemotherapy side effects. About 39 adults with stage IB to IIIB lung cancer will take part.
