NCT ID NCT07231575
First seen Jun 27, 2026 ยท Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests a new approach for people with early-stage lung cancer who cannot or will not take chemotherapy. Before surgery, patients receive a short course of focused radiation (SBRT) combined with immunotherapy (tislelizumab) and an antiangiogenic drug (anlotinib). The goal is to see if this chemo-free combination can shrink or eliminate the tumor safely. About 39 adults with stage IB to IIIB non-small cell lung cancer that does not have certain gene mutations will participate.
