Summary
This study tested whether the drug tirzepatide helps people with obesity or overweight maintain weight loss they already achieved. About 441 adults took either tirzepatide or a placebo once a week for up to 60 weeks. The goal was to see if the drug could help them keep off at least 80% of the weight they lost.
