Summary
This study tests whether tirzepatide, a drug already used for diabetes and weight loss, can improve irregular periods in women with PCOS who are overweight or have obesity. About 198 women will receive either tirzepatide or a placebo for 72 weeks. The goal is to see if the drug helps restore more regular menstrual cycles and ovulation.
