Summary

This study tests whether tirzepatide, a drug already approved for diabetes and obesity, can improve irregular periods in overweight women with PCOS. About 198 women will receive either tirzepatide or a placebo for 72 weeks. The goal is to see if the drug helps restore normal menstrual cycles and ovulation.
