Summary
This pilot study will test whether tirzepatide, a drug used for diabetes, can reduce cravings in people with severe cannabis use disorder. Six adults will receive either the drug or a placebo and then switch, so everyone gets both. The main goal is to see if the drug lowers craving intensity when people are exposed to cannabis-related cues.
