Summary

This study compares a newer treatment approach called TINLL to traditional therapy for people with lateral elbow pain (tennis elbow). About 68 adults will be placed into one of two groups based on their past treatments. The goal is to see which method better reduces pain and improves function using grip strength, pinch tests, and pain surveys over 4-6 weeks.
