New tennis elbow therapy put to the test against standard care

NCT ID NCT07385677

First seen Feb 04, 2026 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 12 times

Summary

This study tests whether a newer treatment method called TINLL works better than traditional therapy for people with tennis elbow (lateral elbow pain). About 68 adults will receive either standard care (stretching, taping, TENS) or the TINLL approach (focusing on nerves and layers of tissue) over 4-6 weeks. Researchers will measure grip strength, pain, and function at the start, at 2 weeks, at 4 weeks, and at the end of treatment.
