First seen Feb 04, 2026 · Last updated Jun 17, 2026 · Updated 21 times
Summary
This study compares a newer treatment approach called TINLL (Think in Nerve Length and Layers) with traditional therapy for people with lateral elbow pain, often called tennis elbow. About 68 adults will be placed into one of two groups based on their past treatments. Both groups receive hands-on care, exercises, and taping over 4-6 weeks. The goal is to see which approach better reduces pain and improves grip strength and daily function.
