New hope for advanced breast cancer: drug combo trial launches

Summary
This study tests whether a new drug called tinengotinib, combined with fulvestrant, can shrink tumors in people with a certain type of advanced breast cancer (HR-positive, HER2-negative or low). About 94 participants will receive the combination to find the best dose and see if it works better than tinengotinib alone. The trial also monitors side effects closely.
