First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests whether adding tinengotinib to fulvestrant can shrink tumors in people with a common type of advanced breast cancer (HR+/HER2-). About 94 adults whose cancer has returned or spread despite prior treatments will take part. The goal is to find the best dose and see if the combination works better than tinengotinib alone, while monitoring side effects.
