New combo aims to shrink tumors in Hard-to-Treat breast cancer

Summary
This study tests whether a new drug called tinengotinib, given with or without fulvestrant, can shrink tumors in people with a certain type of advanced breast cancer (HR+/HER2-). About 94 participants will receive the treatment to find the best dose and see if the combination works better than tinengotinib alone. The study also closely monitors any side effects.
