Summary

This study looks at why some older breast cancer survivors have more trouble with memory and thinking after chemotherapy. Researchers will study 152 women aged 60-85 to see how diet, exercise, stress, sleep, and health markers like blood sugar and cholesterol affect brain function. The goal is to find ways to protect brain health and improve quality of life.
