Eating on a clock: a simple diet change to fight frailty in cancer treatment
NCT ID NCT05968144
Summary
This study is testing if a specific eating pattern can help prevent frailty in older adults undergoing hormone therapy for prostate cancer. Researchers want to see if eating all meals within a consistent 10-hour daily window helps the body better manage stress and maintain strength. The study will compare this time-restricted eating approach to a regular diet in 30 participants over 12 weeks.
