First seen Jan 05, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 25 times
Summary
This study looked at whether tildrakizumab, a medicine for moderate-to-severe psoriasis, can improve blood flow to the heart. Psoriasis is linked to higher heart disease risk, and this research tested if reducing inflammation with tildrakizumab helps heart function. 36 adults with psoriasis took the drug for 6 months, and doctors measured heart blood flow using special scans. The goal was to see if the drug could lower heart risks, not cure the disease.
