Bladder cancer patients get a second chance with their own immune cells

NCT ID NCT05768347

First seen Dec 16, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 24 times

Summary

This early-phase trial tests a new treatment for people with a high-risk bladder cancer that hasn't responded to standard therapy. Doctors take immune cells from the patient's own tumor, grow them in a lab, and put them back into the bladder. The goal is to see if this approach is safe and can shrink or control the cancer. Only 9 participants are being enrolled.
