Summary
This study tested a treatment called GC101 TIL for people with advanced melanoma that had stopped responding to standard therapies. Doctors took immune cells from each patient's own tumor, multiplied them in a lab, and gave them back to the patient. The goal was to see if this approach was safe and could shrink tumors. 18 patients took part in this early-phase trial.
