First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 31 times
Summary
This study looks at 180 people who had a heat treatment (radiofrequency ablation) for benign thyroid nodules three years ago. Researchers want to see how the nodules look on ultrasound and under a microscope to create a new guide for spotting cancer risk after this treatment. Participants will get a neck ultrasound and a fine needle biopsy to collect this information.
