Summary
This study tests whether adding desiccated thyroid extract (DTE) to standard levothyroxine can help people with intermediate-to-high risk thyroid cancer reach their TSH goals faster and more safely. About 646 adults who have had surgery will be enrolled. The goal is to improve hormone balance and reduce risks like cancer recurrence or heart problems.
