Summary
This study looks at whether a tailored exercise program can improve quality of life, muscle strength, and balance in women aged 65 and older with Hashimoto's thyroiditis or toxic goiter. About 148 participants will be split into exercise and control groups, with follow-ups at 26 and 52 weeks. The goal is to reduce fall risk and boost daily well-being.
