NCT ID NCT05247398

First seen Nov 20, 2025 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 24 times

Summary

This study looked at 21 adults with thumb arthritis to see if an 8-week exercise program could improve joint alignment. It also checked if ultrasound could measure joint problems as accurately as a CAT scan. The goal was to find better, non-drug ways to manage thumb arthritis and make imaging easier for therapists.
