Summary
This study tests a program called Thrive that helps young adults (ages 18-25) with fetal alcohol spectrum disorders set goals, feel more supported, and improve their quality of life. About 60 participants will be randomly assigned to start the program right away or after a delay. They will take part in online sessions and complete surveys over about 10 months to see if the program helps them feel more in control and connected.
