Summary
This study looks at whether a combination of thoracic manipulation (like a chiropractic adjustment) and classical massage can help people with long-term mechanical back pain. Researchers will measure changes in pain, flexibility, and sleep quality in 60 adults aged 18–65. The goal is to find a drug-free way to ease symptoms and improve daily life.
