First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study looks at whether a combination of back adjustments (thoracic manipulation) and classic massage can help people with long-term mechanical back pain. About 60 adults aged 18 to 65 with at least 3 years of back pain will receive these treatments. Researchers will measure changes in pain, flexibility, and sleep quality to see if these hands-on therapies provide relief.
