First seen Jan 08, 2026 · Last updated Jun 22, 2026 · Updated 26 times
Summary
This study tests whether a nutritional supplement called 'Think Tank' can improve memory, attention, and mental flexibility in women aged 40-60 after they experience stress. Forty healthy female daily caffeine drinkers will take either the supplement or a placebo and then complete cognitive tests. Researchers will also measure stress markers like heart rate, blood pressure, and cortisol. The goal is to see if the supplement helps buffer the mental effects of stress.
