Summary

This study tests whether a nutritional supplement called 'Think Tank' can help middle-aged women (40-60 years old) think better after experiencing stress. Forty healthy female daily caffeine drinkers will take either the supplement or a placebo and then complete thinking and memory tests. The goal is to see if the supplement improves focus, memory, and mood after a stressful event.
