Summary
This study tests whether tradipitant can reduce nausea and vomiting caused by GLP-1 weight-loss medications. About 280 healthy overweight or obese adults will receive either tradipitant or a placebo. The goal is to help people stay on their weight-loss treatment without unpleasant side effects.
