Summary
This study tests whether tradipitant can reduce nausea and vomiting caused by popular weight-loss drugs (GLP-1 agonists) in 280 overweight or obese adults. Participants will receive either tradipitant or a placebo and track their symptoms daily. The goal is to help people stick with their weight-loss treatment without feeling sick.
