Summary

This study tests if a type of brain stimulation called iTBS can reduce depression symptoms in people with bipolar disorder that hasn't improved with other treatments. About 124 adults will receive either real or fake (sham) stimulation daily for 30 days. Researchers will track mood changes and safety for up to 6 weeks after treatment.
