First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 31 times
Summary
This study tests a two-step treatment for liver cancer. First, tiny radioactive beads (TheraSphere) are injected into the liver to target tumors. Then, two immunotherapy drugs (durvalumab and tremelimumab) are given to boost the immune system. The goal is to see if this combination can shrink or control tumors in 100 adults with liver cancer.
