Summary

This study tests whether virtual group therapy can help caregivers of patients with advanced cancer or serious illnesses. Caregivers often feel overwhelmed, hopeless, and lose their sense of purpose. The therapy aims to help them reconnect with meaning and reduce their emotional burden through 8 weekly online sessions.
