Summary
This study looked at whether therapeutic touch — a gentle, non-invasive technique — can help first-time mothers feel less pain and anxiety during labour. 80 women took part, with half receiving the touch therapy and half receiving standard care. The goal was to see if this simple approach could make childbirth a calmer, more comfortable experience.
