First seen Nov 18, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 23 times

Summary

This study looked at whether a structured play program could help Egyptian children aged 5 to 9 with mild intellectual disability improve their motor and adaptive skills. Twenty children took part in 24 play sessions over two months, and their progress was measured before and after. The goal was to see if play-based activities could be more effective than standard care for building skills like coordination and daily living tasks.
