Summary
This study tests whether a theanine-based supplement can reduce stress, burnout, and improve mood and sleep in adults who often feel moderate to high stress. About 104 participants will take either the supplement or a placebo for a period of time. The goal is to see if the supplement safely helps people feel less stressed and sleep better.
