Summary
This study tests whether a supplement made from theanine (an amino acid found in tea) can help reduce stress, burnout, and improve mood and sleep in people who feel moderate to high stress. About 104 adults aged 21-65 will take either the supplement or a placebo for a period of time. Researchers will measure changes using stress and anxiety questionnaires.
