First seen Jan 22, 2026 · Last updated Jun 18, 2026 · Updated 23 times

Summary

This study looks at how different amounts of oral THC (the main psychoactive ingredient in cannabis) affect mood, heart rate, and drug feelings in healthy adults who have used cannabis before. Participants will take either a low, medium, or high dose of THC or a placebo during four separate visits. Researchers will track changes through questionnaires and physical measurements to better understand dose-related effects.
