Summary
This study is testing if pills containing THC and CBD, the main compounds in cannabis, can help people who have both opioid addiction and chronic pain. The goal is to see if these pills can reduce pain and lessen cravings for opioids. Participants are adults already receiving stable methadone treatment for their addiction.
