First seen Jun 26, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study tests whether personalized, automated text messages sent after in-person rehab sessions can reduce activity limitations in people with chronic low back pain. 100 participants will receive either usual follow-up or text message support for 6 months. The goal is to see if simple text reminders can help people stay active and feel better.
