Summary

This study tests whether personalized text messages sent after in-person rehab sessions can help people with chronic low back pain do more daily activities. One hundred adults with back pain lasting over 3 months will receive either standard rehab or rehab plus automated SMS follow-up for 6 months. The goal is to see if texting support reduces activity limitations and improves pain and physical activity.
