Summary
This study is testing a new care system designed to improve how fatty liver disease (NAFLD) is found and managed in Veterans. The system automatically flags at-risk patients, calculates their risk scores, and educates their primary care doctors. Researchers will compare this new approach to usual care to see if it leads to more diagnoses and better referrals to treatment.
