Summary
This study tests whether combining an NMDA-enhancing drug with an antioxidant can improve thinking and memory better than the NMDA drug alone. Researchers will enroll 80 people with early Alzheimer's or mild cognitive impairment. Participants will take the combination for 24 weeks, and their cognitive function will be measured regularly.
