Electric eye zaps aim to restore sight in glaucoma patients

Summary
This study tests a device that sends mild electrical pulses through the eye to treat vision loss in people with open-angle glaucoma. About 50 adults with worsening vision will receive either real or sham (fake) stimulation to see if it safely improves their visual field. The goal is to slow or partially reverse damage, not cure the disease.
