First seen Jan 04, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 27 times
Summary
This early-phase study looks at whether terpenes—aromatic compounds found in plants—can reduce pain and how they interact with THC. About 45 adults who use cannabis regularly will take part. The goal is to measure pain relief and any drug-like effects, helping to understand if terpenes could be used for pain management.
